Join us for a transformative weekend workshop where we gather to whisper our rites of restoration from the ground up, and stand tall to rally the forces that turn our spirited dreams into vibrant realities. Surrender to the beat that holds it all, regenerating our faith in the mystery of life. Through the power of movement and ritual theatre, we'll deliver our stories from the heart, resurrecting the light and shadows that weave through us.

In this workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Embodied Witnessing and Connection: Cultivate a profound sense of witnessing within yourself and among others, fostering deep connections and a shared sense of presence.

  • Transformational Self-Discovery: Engage in a dynamic exploration of your inner landscape through movement and ritual theatre, unveiling truths and gaining insights that rejuvenate your spirit and align you with your authentic self.

  • Creative Empowerment: Experience the power of creative action and spontaneous expression, awakening and sharpening those parts of yourself that need realignment, and transforming your experience into art and awareness.

    Rooted in the Waves Map with live, interactive and in the moment explorations in a grounded container, and concentrated in 5Rhythms Ritual Theater perspectives Lorca and Alessandro, in renaissance, will invoke this dynamic practice’s principal: If you put the psyche in motion it will heal itself.

    Movement is both the medicine and the metaphor. Setting your compass for the unpredictable come and be prepared for individual and collective fascination, radical unity and edgy grace.

  • If a participant wants to cancel their registration, they must do so 2 weeks before the workshop to receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee. If a participant cancels 1 week before the workshop, they receive a full refund minus a 25% processing fee. Less than a week, their refund is subject to participant replacement. If a replacement is registered, participants will receive a full refund minus a 50% processing fee. If a participant does not show up for the workshop without communicating, their registration payment will not be refunded. Credit towards future workshops is possible on individual cases.


    The City Waves reserves the right to cancel any workshop in the event of insufficient registration or other unforeseen circumstances, in which case, the full amount paid to register for a workshop will be refunded to the registrants. In the event of cancellation, an attempt will be made to notify registrants no later than 10 calendar days before the start of the workshop. All other expenses incurred including but not limited to flights and accommodation arranged for the purpose of attending a workshop will not be covered.
